Itadakimasu 頂きます is a Saku created in 2020 by architect and designer Jessica Montet. This unique piece embodies a conscious and respectful approach to nature and craftsmanship. Made from solid wood from the Swiss Alps, the table highlights trunks originally destined to be cut for heating or other uses. These woods, carefully selected from forest sorting, find a second life here. Entirely natural and raw, the wood undergoes minimal surface treatment, ensuring a high-quality tabletop while preserving its authenticity. Since it is a living material, the wood evolves over time: its color changes, cracks may appear, reflecting its organic and vibrant character.
